Ah, Saturday night. When one goes to bed with the sweet, sweet anticipation of dim sum the next afternoon. Mmmmm, dim sum. It's especially delightful when you have a favorite place where, to quote a show I've never watched, "everyone knows your name." Or at least the clever nicknames they made up for you. In the case of my fiance and I that would be "fai zai" and "fai gwai muy." Any Cantonese speaker reading this is no doubt chuckling at such esteemed monikers. But fear not, my fiance is Chinese so at least he knows what he is being called *lol* Besides, it's all done with affection ; )
