Mouth Matters

Surprise dentist appointments are always fun ; )
I'm fine, I just needed to have my teeth cleaned and some pain checked out. Turns out that I'm a grinder. I got my molar(s) reshaped and now I hopefully won't bite my cheek as much. Today part of my lips feel funny and the edge of my tongue (on the left side) feels numb. Eh, what do you expect? I had my gums poked and prodded for half an hour. The hygenist told me to floss, I pretended to think it over. I will, however, get mouth wash. Apparently tongue studs are traps for bacteria. My breath is fine, but why not be extra clean? *sticks out tongue*

Ah, Saturday night. When one goes to bed with the sweet, sweet anticipation of dim sum the next afternoon. Mmmmm, dim sum. It's especially delightful when you have a favorite place where, to quote a show I've never watched, "everyone knows your name." Or at least the clever nicknames they made up for you. In the case of my fiance and I that would be "fai zai" and "fai gwai muy." Any Cantonese speaker reading this is no doubt chuckling at such esteemed monikers. But fear not, my fiance is Chinese so at least he knows what he is being called *lol* Besides, it's all done with affection ; )

Hello....hmmmm

I just reread my first ever post....I don't recall ever writing it, and the date is WAY off. I didn't even knwo about this site in 2004. So how did that date get there? Don't know, don't care.

I have nothing that interesting to write about, but I really should have at least ONE posting so that anyone I note has something to look at. Now to go look through my profile to see what other bat sh*t things I put about myself. Friggin' A, the only reason I even started this blog was that so I could leave replies to the bad tattoo pics in Hanzismatters.
